Delivery of Emails Impacted

We are currently experiencing outage where in delivery of all the emails have been impacted.

Technical Teams are internally working to mitigate the impact at the earliest.

Currently, the emails are processing effectively.

However, the Statistics & Logs may not be available in the Front End.

Technical Teams are still engaged to identify the root cause and check, if the Statistics & Logs could be displayed in further course of action.

The emails are processing effectively, however, statistics and logs are still not available and we are continuously working on retrieving the same.

Processing of new messages are normal and no new emails will be impacted.

Unfortunately, we are experiencing issues with the processing of emails again and our team is currently investigating the same.

New emails are processing as normal and old emails are still in process.

All the pending emails should be processed within 2-4 hours.
