We have identified an issue with our reporting system used for Classic accounts. Backups have ran as scheduled, however reports are being marked with a failure status no matter the actual results. While we work to resolve this, you can confirm the status of a backup job by checking the body of the report email for a 'Status' section. The status reported in the email body itself is accurate. Unfortunately, there is no ETA for a resolution at this time. Sorry for this interruption, please contact support@servosity with any questions.

We will be updating the Servosity Cloud Backup Servers for Servosity v8. During this maintenance window the Servosity V8 client and server interface will be periodically unavailable. This shouldn't cause any running backups to fail, though any backups scheduled during the window may not be able to start and will show as missed backups. Servosity One backups will not be affected. This is a security and stability update.

We have identified an issue with Microsoft 365 Backup accounts failing to backup "Tasks" due to the error message "Failed to read task properties from the server". This is a result of a known internal Microsoft API issue and our dev team is actively working with them to get this resolved. There is unfortunately no ETA at this time. Other backup jobs (Exchange, Calendar, Contacts) are unaffected.

The Servosity Portal will be inaccessible while we perform database upgrades. Starting of Servosity One backups will be delayed until after the downtime. Servosity One backups already in progress will continue during the downtime. Servosity One backup reports will be delayed until after the downtime.
