Resolved DDOS attack Control Panel: Account creation delayed

At 7:07AM ET we detected another DDOS attacked aimed at part of our infrastructure that affects account creation. You can still create or delete accounts, but it will be delayed before they're actually able to be used. We'll post an update as soon as this is resolved.

Resolved Failover DNS to mitigate DDOS attack

We are changing to backup IP Addresses and making the associated Public DNS changes to mitigate the DDOS attack. We'll notify you once this is complete.

Resolved DDOS attack against Backup Servers

A DDOS attack against our v8 backup servers began at 7:15AM ET this morning, and at 7:30AM our ISP null-routed the traffic. Because of the scale of the DDOS attack, you may be unable to connect (and start backups) until this issue is resolved. We're working to address the DDOS attack, and we will update you within the hour.

Resolved Servosity Backup Server Updates

On 4/20/21 beginning at 11AM EST, we will be rolling out an updated version of our Servosity Cloud Backup Server. This will result in some downtime for servers. You may encounter up to 30 minutes where you are unable to access your backup accounts, either on the client or web interface. This may cause backups in progress to end without completing if the client version is below 8.5.0.126, however this patch will allow for future updates to happen with less downtime, and allow backups to continue running while the server is down. Resolved Upgrade to fix Performance Issues

We have identified a performance issue with our backup servers and are deploying a software upgrade to fix the issue. Downtime is expected to be less than 1 hour, however you will not be able to start new backups during that time. This only affects our backup servers and No intervention is required on your part.
