Resolved Major For Shopify Merchants Only - Shopify Order Creation Delay

Per the Shopify Status page, https://www.shopifystatus.com/ there is a delay in sending order information to Signifyd. This delay is causing Signifyd to NOT receive and process Shopify orders in real time which include status updates and captures for recently submitted. We are investigating the issue and will update the status page once additional information is available. Should you have any questions, please contact us via the support portal: signifyd.com/support Operational: - Console Access: Users are able to successfully log into the Signifyd Console and view processed orders - Case Retrieval: Case status information is available via API on all “processed” orders - Web hook Responses: Web hook responses are sent on all processed orders. Is Signifyd down?
Signifyd seems to be up and running. We're updating the status regularly.
I'm having issues with Signifyd, but the status is OK. What's going on?

You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you an email, Slack, or Discord in real-time when Signifyd has issues.
Why IsDown?
We want to keep you updated on the status of the services that impact your company. You get a notification via email, Slack, or Discord when a service you monitor has issues or when maintenances are scheduled.
What happens when I create an account?
You'll have access to a 14-day trial in our Pro plan. You can cancel or delete your account anytime. After 14 days, you'll need to subscribe to continue to use the service.
How can I pay for a subscription?
You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
You are missing one of the services I use. Can you add it?
Sure thing! Just contact us, and we'll add it ASAP. Some services are more straightforward to add than others, but we're going to work to find the best solution.
