We have identified an issue related to pinned Power VMs. Our Engineers are actively working on this issue with high priority. Symptoms for this issue may include: - Inability of some pinned Power virtual machines to change state (ie, run, suspend, shutdown) - Running Power VMs data plane operations are unaffected We will provide an update within one hour.

The issue related to Power hosting services has now been resolved.

At this time, all of the reported symptoms should now be resolved:
- Inability of some pinned Power virtual machines to change to a running state

We have identified an issue related to pinned Power VMs. Our Engineers are actively working on this issue with high priority.

Symptoms for this issue may include:
- Inability of some pinned Power virtual machines to change to a running state

Running Power VMs data plane operations are unaffected.

We have identified a temporary workaround while our Engineers continue to work on this issue:
1. Navigate to the affected VMs hardware settings page by clicking the cog wheel on the VM tile
2. In the Entitled Capacity(EC) field of the Compute section note the current EC value then lower to any valid entry and click Save
3. In the Entitled Capacity field of the Compute section revert EC value to the previous value and click Save
4. Click the Back link to return to your environment
5. Run your VM

- Inability of some pinned Power virtual machines to change state (ie, run, suspend, shutdown)
