Resolved Minor Intermittent inbound office 365 emails queued
Currently some inbound emails for Office 365 are being queued .There will be a delays in receiving emails. We are investigating the cause of this at present.
Resolved Minor Rate limiting by Office 365
From 5PM NZST on Wednesday 15th September until 1AM Friday 17th September 2021, SMX customers who use Microsoft 365 may have noticed their inbound emails were queuing. This was due to rate limiting by Microsoft 365 of the SMX New Zealand secondary site. From 12 Noon on Thursday SMX applied measures to re-route affected messages, so impact was limited after this time. The rate limits have now been lifted and any previously queued emails have been delivered. Thank you for your patience.
Resolved Minor Scan to email delays
An issue has been identified with slow scan to email when sending out via SMX. This is currently being investigated to find the root cause of this issue. Further updates will be provided once more details are known. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
