Resolved Credit Card transactions - intermittent errors

We are currently seeing elevated errors with some credit card transactions due to a partial outage with our processor.

Resolved Line Items not showing in Rewards Genius Order History

We have identified an issue where orders placed prior to 1:44pm PT today are not showing the list of line items in the Order Details page of the Order History in RG. We are working on a fix to repopulate this information in our searching index and will be repopulating most recent orders first.

Resolved Reward Link Preferred has been inactivated

We have inactivated our Reward Link Preferred catalog as it was incorrectly showing an expiration date of today. We are investigating the root cause.

Resolved Rewards Genius Email Statuses may be displaying inaccurately in Order History

Rewards Genius orders containing 20+ line items may be displaying inaccurate email statuses on the Order History page; however, accurate email statuses can be viewed in each line item’s specific Reward History. These orders should still be processed successfully. We’re actively working on a solution and will provide an update as soon as possible.
