The cloud service provider has informed the following that may affect Tekla Model Sharing services accessibility: Starting at 07:05 UTC on 25 January 2023, customers may experience issues with networking connectivity, manifesting as network latency and/or timeouts when attempting to connect to Azure resources in multiple regions, as well as other Microsoft services. This is actively investigated by the cloud service provider and we will share updates as more is known.

On November 22, 2020 between 7:00 PM UTC+2 and 9:00 PM UTC+2, several Tekla Online Services including Tekla Online Profile and Tekla Online Admin tool experienced availability issues. The issues were only related to services hosted within the EU (Ireland) region. Tekla users using online licenses were not affected by the availability issues. The Tekla Account Service (TAS) was working like expected and continued to provide online licenses to end users during the incident.
