Resolved Messaging: Intermittent increase in 5XX API responses

We are backfilling an incident regarding our Messaging API where our messaging engineers were alerted at 00:30 UTC to an increase in 5XX API responses when sending outbound messages through our network. Some users may have observed specific errors suggesting that their numbers were not valid or not assigned to a messaging profile. The underlying issue has since been resolved as of 17:03 PM UTC.
