We are experiencing intermittent outages with all sites and our engineers are investigating the issue.
Resolved User filters are not applying to bulk actions and export
We've identified an issue with our user filters not applying properly when used in combination with our bulk actions. This includes sending emails, adding/removing users from groups, or bulk enrolling and unenrolling. User exports are also not containing the correct filtered user data. We recommend not using any of these bulk actions at this time as the user filters are not being applied properly. Our team has identified the issue and are currently working on a fix for this. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
Resolved Students cannot access certificates from their "My Account" page
Some students are currently not able to access and view certificates from their "My Account" page. Our engineers are aware of the problem and are investigating it. Students can still access issued certificates from within the Course Player. Site Owners and Site Admins are also able to see and share the direct certificate URL with students- learn how to do so here: https://support.thinkific.com/hc/en-us/articles/360049252673#sharing

Thinkific is experiencing an issue with uploading new videos. This does not impact any existing videos already uploaded to a site's Video Library, or student access to videos that are included in a course lesson.

Certain pages within the Admin Dashboard are returning a blank page. This includes the Theme code editor and when editing a video in the Video Library. Our internal dev teams are currently engaged and investigating the cause of the incident to resolve.

Partner Portal is down Our infrastructure hosting service is currently experiencing some issues which is impacting access to our Partner Portal. We'll update here once that becomes available again.
Resolved Some student imports are not completing
Our engineers are aware of and currently investigating reports of student imports not being completed. This might occur if you are looking to add multiple students into Thinkific by uploading a spreadsheet.
