Resolved Session Monitoring callback issue

An issue has been identified with one of our servers that is preventing some session monitoring callback events from being delivered. We were notified of an enterprise server failure in the US Northwestern region at 21:35 UTC on January 22nd. As a result, the connections to this server were disconnected. The server was taken out of production. There is no ongoing customer impact, and we are monitoring the situation.
