Resolved Minor Potential issue in our Video platform
At 17:39 UTC, one of our Video servers in our Frankfurt data center restarted. Customer archive connections would have been dropped. The instance immediately recovered afterward and currently, we are monitoring the incident while we further investigate what caused the server failure. If there is a customer impact, it is likely to be affecting the following services: Archiving Services We will continue our investigation and let you know once the incident is fully resolved.
Resolved Minor Issue with Archiving Service
We have identified the issue impacting the uploading of archives. While we investigate the root cause of the issue, the impacted server has been moved out of production. The affected archives are in a process of uploading. Please let [email protected] know if you continue to experience problems with this.
Resolved Minor Some Archives Uploading Delayed
We were observing delays in uploading some archives to destination storage buckets starting July 2nd. Engineering is working to restore the timely upload of all archives and correct the degradation. Resolved Minor Issue with Video API services
We have detected a degradation in our DB access responsiveness that could lead in some cases to issues operating with the Video API such as new video sessions, archiving APIs, new connections, broadcast, and potentially some delay on archive uploads. The issue is now under investigation. Currently observed incident timeframe impact window is 05:10 UTC to 10:50 UTC.
