Resolved Session connection issue over Data Centers in Canada
We have identified an issue with Data Centers in Canada on the Enterprise environment. Impacted sessions failed with 4010 "WebSocketConnection" Error. The issue started on 2021-10-21 at 11:13 PDT. Some customers' session connections would have been impacted. The server has been taken out of rotation and there is no customer impact now. Resolved Issue with Inspector Tool
We have been noticing issues with accessing session data using the Inspector tool. The session data between 18:20 UTC and 19:34 UTC were temporarily unavailable but have since been restored. We will keep a close eye on/continue to monitor the data services during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
Resolved Archiving server issue in Dublin (EMEA) region
Our monitoring alerted us of an issue with an archiving server in Dublin (EMEA) region on the Standard environment. The issue started on 2021-09-12 04:50:00 UTC and ended on 2021-09-12 05:01:00 UTC. Some customers' archives would have been impacted from this single server at the time of the issue. The server has been taken out of rotation and there is no customer impact now.
