Resolved Minor Issue with Standard media server in US-East region
One of our servers in the US-East region crashed and this caused some Video Session users to be affected. Users would have experienced their connection drop if they were on this instance at 14:06 UTC. There is no ongoing customer impact. Resolved Minor SIP server restarted
Our monitoring alerted us to a potential service issue with our SIP APIs. One of our SIP servers got restarted and we are investigating the issue. Please reach out to [email protected] if you have any questions.
Resolved Minor SIP EU West Server Restarted

Resolved Minor Media Server Restart in US East region
Our monitoring has alerted us to a Media Server in the US East region that restarted. Sessions and users on this server were disconnected. The server has been taken out of production while we review the issue. Issue should be resolved at this point for any new sessions and/or connections.
