Outage Details

We have identified the issue impacting the uploading of archives. While we investigate the root cause of the issue, the impacted server has been moved out of production. The affected archives are in a process of uploading. Please let support@api.vonage.com know if you continue to experience problems with this.

We have identified the issue and have implemented a fix in Standard environment.
The archives are currently being reprocessed and will be available shortly

We will keep a close eye on/continue to monitor the archiving service during the next few hours and post updates should anything change.
