Minor Incident Rare instances of live streaming subject to listener drops
In rare instances, our live stream (media gateway) servers using our latest software version can result in a reboot of the service, affecting all listeners connected to that server. Listeners dropped during the reboot will reconnect to other servers but in some circumstances may have trouble reconnecting. We know that this issue is related to the new code, but haven't yet identified how to reproduce the issue. We are working on a release to fix it.
Minor Incident Console Live Analytics not showing data past May 25th 2022
We have identified a data display issue with Console Live Analytics that is causing users to get no data for queries made issuing dates of May 25th onward. Our team is working actively to mitigate the issue. Please note: - No data loss has occurred as a result of this issue - This issue does not affect WCM data in any way, only data display for Console Live Analytics More information to come.
Minor Incident Data Query Time Outs or Slow For Certain User Interfaces
We have become aware of an issue with some of our data mechanisms which is causing certain user interfaces to be slow or show no data when making queries. Please note that no data loss is being incurred by this issue. Affected components are as follows: - Podcast Metrics - Webacst Metrics - Streaming Metrics (excluding Realtime stats and audience pages) - Tap Forecasting - Tap Explore More information to come.
Minor Incident Tap Explore - Maximum query period of 90 days in the past (temporary)
As part of a previous incident (https://status.tritondigital.com/incidents/8my5chtpbpxw), the team had put in place a mitigation mechanism to restrict Tap Explore queries to be a maximum of 90 days in the past. Since the data display issues were resolved, the incident was closed but the temporary measure of limiting query periods to 90 days is still in effect to ensure product stability. However, work is still being done to restore capabilities for larger queries. To make tracking of the temporary limitation easier, we are moving this to its own incident. At present, we cannot give an ETA of when this limitation will be removed. More information to follow.
Resolved Minor Rill Auctions is currently 7-8 hours behind
We have identified 7-8 hours data delay in Rill that is impacting the Auction dashboard. More information to come.
