IM-262 DocuSign packet not sending to customer
We're aware DocuSign packets are not being sent to customers. We've identified the root issue and are working on a solution.

IM-268 BOBJ Sales and Inventory reporting is not updating
We are investigating an issue with one of the BOBJ overnight jobs that has been causing the Sales and Inventory reporting to not update. This issue is specific to BOBJ. Reporting in Tableau is unaffected and fully available.

IM-267 Users may be unable to log in or may recieve gateway timeouts while trying to access Dayforce
We are currently investigating reports that users are unable to access Dayforce. Reports are that the site may intermittently not allow logins, become unresponsive, or give a gateway timeout error.

We have identified an issue with the Spiff commission system where users will receive errors attempting to log in to the service on mobile devices or via the web page. Spiff is reporting that they are experiencing an outage. We are working with the vendor to resolve this issue.

IM-263 THD PO connection is returning errors
We are investigating an issue with the THD PO service. We are seeing errors being returned from THD and have reached out to their team for assistance. This is causing new sales to not carry through to Salesforce and JDE. We will update you as soon as we have more information.

When attempting to create a Retail eSign packet or ICA, the Docusign packet is not generating or allowing for signatures. We’re investigating this now.
