Our hosting provider had a hardware incident which resulted in one of our virtual servers being moved from one physical server to another. The move took longer than expected and while the virtual server was being moved it was inaccessible. The server stores different data about the system, links etc., which means that the system was unavailable during the move and links and images in newsletters did not load. After the move which ended up taking about an hour the system self healed and access was restored. Our hosting provider has solved the hardware issue and have implemented additional procedures to minimise the risk of this happening again. This is the first hardware issue we have experienced in several years and we expect it to not happen again in the future.

Issues with statistics registration
On Friday the 24th of May one of our servers ran out of storage space. This resulted in the server being unable to properly log delivery of e-mails and registering statistics. All e-mails have been sent but the logs that are used for the statistics are not available. This means that data from newsletters from around 4pm CEST until 11pm CEST is incomplete. We sincerely apologise for the issue. We are working on improving our monitoring of our servers so we will spot storage space running out before it results in issues with the platform.

SMTP API issues
We're experiencing issues with our SMTP API. This results in some e-mails being rejected with different error messages. Your system can try resending the e-mails and our SMTP API should accept it without issues. The issue is only affecting clients who use the SMTP API to send transactional e-mails. We're investigating the issue and will update this ticket when we have more information.
