Resolved Chat Support Currently Unavailable

Resolved Delay in Leads Appearing in Leads Table
Unbounce is currently experiencing an issue where lead data displayed in the “view leads” table is being delayed. There is no data loss as a result of this issue and leads are still being captured correctly. There will be a delay in this data being displayed on the page overview screen as well as potential delays in sending lead data to third party integrations. We apologize for the inconvenience and are currently investigating the issue. Subscribe to this status page to receive notifications on updates as they are made available.
Resolved Domains tab not accessible and domain status showing as not working (live page unaffected)
Customers with custom domains in the account aren't able to access the Domains tab. The statuses for pages on Page Overview show "not working" (orange) status. Live pages are not affected.
Resolved New custom domain SSL provisioning delay
Customers adding new domains will see a delay in the provisioning of their SSL certificates for custom domains.
Resolved SSL Not Able to be Provisioned for Newly Added Domains
The SSL certificates cannot be issued at this time for domains added after 9 am PT due to maintenance being done by our certificate provider Let's Encrypt. Domains added prior to 9 am PT today are not affected. We're monitoring the maintenance updates and will reattempt the provisioning of the certificates once possible.
