Hello Everyone Description: Microsoft raised an automated email alert on, February 7, 2023 21:03 UTC regarding this detected issue. NT-ware Operations have been closely watching this issue from when it was first reported. We can see within our metrics minor increases in errors reported from the Azure Service, but our testing does not indicate an impact to uniFLOW Online at this time. Due to the increasing usage of our service as, the business day starts in the region, we will closely watch for any developments. Required actions: No action is needed at this time. If you experience an issue with unusual delays or degraded performance with uniFLOW Online, please contact your Canon or Canon Business Partner support representative. UK Deployment connection timeouts observed
Incident details: Identified: 09-01-2023 09:45 UTC Resolved: 09-01-2023 10:00 UTC Incident Scope: Deployment(s): UK Components affected: All uniFLOW Online components. Description: Our UK deployment experienced a degradation in performance today. Upon detection of this issue, corrective actions were put in place and the service is now returning to normal operation. Description: The uniFLOW Online Google Chrome Extension is currently reported as "Not compatible" in the chrome web store when attempting to add the extension. Existing installations are not affected. This has been escalated to Google’s support team and is being investigated. Next Update: We will provide an update as information becomes available. New users are unable to initiate scan to cloud destination workflows
Incident details: Identified: 20-9-2022 19:00 UTC Incident Scope: Deployment(s): US Components affected: Scanning Description: We are investigating a reported incident where new users are unable to execute certain scan workflows. Affected workflows seem to involve online scan destinations such as SharePoint, OneDrive, etc. Existing users are not affected. As a workaround, new users should connect their account to the desired scan destination via the notification widget in the uniFLOW Online portal ("Connect to Google Drive", "Connect to OneDrive", etc).
