Resolved Minor Concur: Scan jobs not arriving in Concur
Hello Everyone, Description: We are investing a situation where scanned files are not appearing in Concur. Observations / Impact: * Impacted customers will notice that scans from the device appear to work but on checking, do not arrive in Concur. Scope: We only have reports at this time from a small number of customers but closely monitoring the situation. Actions / Next Steps: The issue is under investigation with our Operations team and we are working to isolate the cause and provide a mitigation as soon as possible.
Resolved Minor Printing a job to a Microsoft Universal Print printer fails
Incident details: Identified: Sept 9th, 2021 10:00 AM UTC Mitigation: none Incident Scope: This is only affecting Microsoft Universal Print printers created through uniFLOW Online. Printing/releasing jobs to any other printer is not impacted. Description: It is currently not possible to print a job to a printer created by uniFLOW Online through the Universal Print for uniFLOW Online enterprise application. When a print job is printed it does not reach the Universal Print queue, but instead goes into an error state on the user's PC. Next Update: We are investigating the issue together with Microsoft has there have been no code changes on our side. We will update you as soon as we have feedback. Resolved Minor Login via Okta not working
Incident details: We are currently investigating an issue where it is not possible to log in using Okta. If configured, users can log in via an alternative identity provider. Incident Scope: This issue affects login via Okta on all deployments. Login via other identity providers is not affected and working normally. Description: When trying to log into the uniFLOW Online portal using Okta as our identity provider, authorization will fail for the user. This may not affect all scenarios but this is still under investigation. Okta appears to be the only identity provider affected. We will share further details as soon as possible. Resolved Minor Scanning to SharePoint Online / OneDrive for Business
Incident details: Identified: June 22nd, 2:45pm UTC Mitigation: n/a Incident Scope: Scanning to SharePoint Online / OneDrive for Business is not possible from uniFLOW Online. Scanning to OneDrive Personal is not affected. Description: We have been receiving reports from customers about scanning to SharePoint Online and OneDrive for Business not working. From the feedback and testing we see that the issue started to spread starting from last Friday. Thus we believe the issue is caused by a patch rollout in the SharePoint Online / OneDrive backend by Microsoft which is outside of our control. This is NOT affecting all customers but appears to be a progressive update rolling out globally. We'll continue to monitor and investigate this incident.
