Incident details: Identified: 5 December 2022 - 15:00 UTC Incident Scope: This is only affecting the uniFLOW Online Google Chrome Extension globally. Description: The uniFLOW Online Google Chrome Extension is currently reported as "Not compatible" in the chrome web store when attempting to add the extension. Existing installations are not affected. This has been escalated to Google’s support team and is being investigated. Next Update: We will provide an update as information becomes available. New users are unable to initiate scan to cloud destination workflows

Incident details: Identified: 20-9-2022 19:00 UTC Incident Scope: Deployment(s): US Components affected: Scanning Description: We are investigating a reported incident where new users are unable to execute certain scan workflows. Affected workflows seem to involve online scan destinations such as SharePoint, OneDrive, etc. Existing users are not affected. As a workaround, new users should connect their account to the desired scan destination via the notification widget in the uniFLOW Online portal ("Connect to Google Drive", "Connect to OneDrive", etc). AU: uniFLOW Online SmartClients lose connection to uniFLOW Online (Resurfaced)

Hello Everyone, Our monitoring and telemetry is indicating that SmartClients are disconnecting from our uniFLOW Online Cloud Service. This issues was initially experienced earlier in the week but resolved through improvements to resource scaling. We are currently experiencing a similar issue but not down to any resource limits. Our operations team are working with Microsoft engineers to check the underlying Azure service infrastructure. Important: Printing will continue to work. In the event of the SmartClient disconnecting from the cloud service it will switch to 'Emergency Mode' automatically. With this you can select a nearby printer to release your print jobs. Please note: You can change your email notification subscription to only receive notifications affecting deployments you’d like to watch. Hello All Through our telemetry and field feedback, we are seeing intermittent failures of uniFLOW Online SmartClients connecting to our AU deployment. Impact: This can result in SmartClients being unable to maintain a stable connection to uniFLOW Online. Current Status: Measures have been put in place to mitigate the issue and further investigation is ongoing.
