Resolved Minor Device Login Issues
Hello Everyone, It has been reported and replicated that device are failing to login which is impacting our (EU) European Union deployment. We are investigating this within operations and will provide further details as they become available. Please Note: We have had reports that restarting the device has resolved the issues but this is not confirmed by NT-ware at this time.
Hello All Through our telemetry and field feedback, we are seeing intermittent failures of uniFLOW Online SmartClients connecting to our AU deployment. Impact: This can result in SmartClients being unable to maintain a stable connection to uniFLOW Online. Current Status: Measures have been put in place to mitigate the issue and further investigation is ongoing. Resolved Minor Intermittent failures in performing some requests
Hello All Through our telemetry and field feedback we are seeing intermittent failures of some requests to our US deployment. This is only affecting a very small number of tenants and not a permanent condition. Impact: This can result in a resources or job lists not loading or presenting an error. In most cases performing the function a second time will resolve the problem. Resolved Minor Processing delays for cloud print and scan (EU)
Identified: 8 Mar 2022, 9:00 UTC Incident Scope: This only has been detected on the EU deployment. Description: We are seeing a continuation of processing delays from yesterday. This was largely mitigated towards the end of the incident on the 7th. Unfortunately this has resurfaced and the Operations team or investigating this incident with high priority. Our telemetry and reports have confirmed the releasing of cloud based print job is delayed. This can also, but to a slightly lesser extent impact scan processing delaying the the jobs getting to the destination service. Next Update: When and as the situation changes.

Incident details Identified: 7 Mar 2022, 11:30 UTC Incident Scope: This only has been detected on the EU deployment. Description: Our telemetry has alerted us to a performance issues in Scan and Print processing of jobs. This has been tested and confirmed with mitigation steps taken to return the system to normal. We are now monitoring the situation closely and will update here when resolved. Next Update: When and as the situation changes.
