Outage Details

We are still investigating reports of some Top Rated and Top Rated Plus Freelancers not receiving faster payouts. The impact is limited to contracts with a start date prior to January 1, 2022. We have identified the cause of this issue and are taking immediate steps to resolve. We understand how important it is to be paid and apologize for this inconvenience. We anticipate these funds being available for withdrawal within the next 7 hours (January 6th 22:00 UTC).
