【発生事象】 Google Chrome 103を用いてV-CUBE セールスプラスを利用すると、以下の事象が発生することが確認されました。・他拠点の映像音声が受け取れない・映像音声受信ができないため10分経過後自動退出してしまう【回避策】 Google Chrome 103以外のインターネットブラウザーを利用してください。【対応状況】現在、修正対応を進めております。恐れ入りますが、修正完了まで【回避策】をお試しいただきますようお願いいたします。

【発生事象】
Google Chrome 103を用いてV-CUBE セールスプラスを利用すると、以下の事象が発生することが確認されました。

・他拠点の映像音声が受け取れない
・映像音声受信ができないため10分経過後自動退出してしまう

Google Chrome 103以外のインターネットブラウザーを利用してください。
