Third-party supplier of our Upstream provider is performing emergency network maintenance to the Voice Services tonight. You may experience a outage of up to 3 minutes on your voice calling services between 10pm and 11pm tonight.

The issue with the toll-free numbers has been resolved and the vGRID 0800 number is now working again.

As of 16:40 pm today, our upstream was made aware of a fault that all toll-free numbers are getting a busy/disconnected tone. They are currently working with their upstream to resolve this issue.
Should you have any urgent issues, please phone +64 7 960 0156 rather than the vGRID 0800 number and follow the voice prompts.

A fix has been implemented and calls are now working again. If you are still experiencing any calling issues, please contact the vGRID Service Desk so that we can investigate further.
We will continue to monitor for the next few hours.
