We have recently become aware of an issue with streaming to our servers from Europe with rtmps://rtmp-global.cloud.vimeo.com:443/live In the meantime, we recommend switching to the European ingest proxy rtmp://rtmp-europe-west3.cloud.vimeo.com/live The stream key will remain the same.
