Merchants using FDMS/FiServ -- in staging and production -- are unable to connect to this payment processor. FiServ/FDMS is seeing an issue for Batch processing. Realtime/Online does not appear to be affected. We do not have an ETA and Network team have reached out to the payment provider. You can subscribe for updates on the official status page or create an account in IsDown. We will send you a notification in real-time when Vindicia has issues.
Why use IsDown?

What happens when I create an account?

You can go to the Billing section in your account, and choose one of the plan. We've monthly and yearly options. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Play. We use Stripe for payments.
Can I get a refund?
We'll refund your subscription if you cancel it until ten days after the subscription has started. No questions asked.
