Resolved Not displaying historical check-in data

This involves the Check-in solution. We are currently experiencing some issues retrieving retroactive data from our check-in instances. We understand how important this data is for your business and are already working on a fix. The data is not lost and will be available shortly. Our apologies for the inconvenience and thank you for your patience.

Resolved QR Code Check-in Not Operational

Not related to the other existing issue, we are currently experiencing issues with our QR code check-in solution. Dedicated teams are investigating the issue and will resolve this as soon as possible.

Resolved Automated Payments Temporary Disabled

Currently the automated payments functionality is temporarily disabled. This means we will not process any automated payments until the functionality is enabled again. We are confident that the functionality will enable processing automated payments again within 1 working day. This issue is handled with the highest priority.

Resolved Platform Slowness

We are currently experiencing a degraded platform performance. This results in slowness in loading of multiple functionalities on web and in the app. The team is working hard to resolve the issues as soon as possible.

Resolved Delay in Exports and Notifications

Today, for a brief period of time we have been experiencing issues with processing request that involve sending out notifications and making export. This resulted in a delayed processing of up to 2 hours. We expect all made requests to be processed, and for the functionality to operate as expected, within 15 minutes.

Resolved SEPA payments Issue

Issue - An issue was found when creating SEPA files. This possibly results in incomplete files or the inability to download the file at all. Effected clients - all clients using SEPA payments. We are currently investigating the issue further and are committed to resolving this issue as soon as possible.

Resolved Degraded performance - System slowness

Unfortunately the system was briefly unavailable. We immediately became aware of the issue and have implemented a fix. The system will process all made requests now. As a consequence we expect it will remain slow for some time. Our apologies for the inconvenience.

When using the application, depending on the functionality you use some slowness might be experienced.

Clients might have experienced the service to be slow or unavailable for a period of 25 minutes. We are aware of the problem that caused it and will make the required technical adjustments.
