Resolved Not displaying historical check-in data
This involves the Check-in solution. We are currently experiencing some issues retrieving retroactive data from our check-in instances. We understand how important this data is for your business and are already working on a fix. The data is not lost and will be available shortly. Resolved QR Code Check-in Not Operational
Not related to the other existing issue, we are currently experiencing issues with our QR code check-in solution. Dedicated teams are investigating the issue and will resolve this as soon as possible.
Resolved Automated Payments Temporary Disabled
Currently the automated payments functionality is temporarily disabled. This means we will not process any automated payments until the functionality is enabled again. We are confident that the functionality will enable processing automated payments again within 1 working day. This issue is handled with the highest priority.
