Ongoing Voice API Service issue at US Data Centre

We have identified an issue that impacted a small number of calls at one of our US Data Centres. You may have seen some calls disconnected. The following services were impacted from [2021-04-22 11:29 AM] UTC until [2021-04-22 11:40 AM] UTC. Voice API The rest of the services have not been impacted. We will update this status as soon as we have more information on this issue.

Ongoing Potential issue with emails sent from [email protected]

We have been alerted that some emails being sent from [email protected] are being flagged as spam and therefore not successfully arriving to our customers' inboxes. Ongoing Myanmar SMS - Internet shut down in Myanmar

This is to inform you that all internet services in Myanmar will be shut down starting from midnight on 15th March 2021 local time according to the Military Junta until further notice due to the current political situation there. Customers may experience irregular or inconsistent delivery into all of Myanmar. Inbound/Outbound/DLR traffic may be impacted. We are working with our carrier partners to resolve the issue and will update as soon as more information becomes available. Please contact [email protected] if you have any questions.

We have been notified by our carrier partners of an issue impacting delivery towards the Canada network, Rogers Canada. As of result, you experience delays on outbound and inbound messages towards subscribers of the carrier mentioned above. The carrier is aware of this issue and investigating the root cause.
