Our monitoring has alerted us to a potential service issue with sending MMS via Messages API starting 2023-02-02 19:55. Customers may experience undeliverable callbacks while sending MMS from LVN. We are alerting customers immediately while our Engineering teams investigate and we can confirm impact and specific details.
