We will continue to monitor our email provider’s status and explore alternative paths to resolution. The issue is being caused an AWS outage impacting other companies outside of Olo Engage. For more information see: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status. If you have an email campaign that was previously scheduled it will go out as expected.
