Dear Customers, We are experiencing an issue with OVO ewallet transactions that are confirmed to be a partner issue. Impact: - Intermittent 503 Channel Unavailable for creating tokenized payment charge, getting end user balance and linking - End user won't be able to check balance & link account - Merchants will be able to initiate transactions, but will receive a CHANNEL_UNAVAILABLE with a HTTP 503 response. - First triggered at: 2023-07-21 10:35:00+07:00 We are currently in the process of investigating and will keep this page updated as we learn more and restore these services. We are experiencing an issue with OVO ewallet transactions that are confirmed to be a partner issue. Affected entities: - Instamoney: EWALLET OVO - Xendit: EWALLET OVO Market: - Indonesia Impact: - Timeouts on https://apigw.ovo.id, users will not be able to check balance, link accounts and create transactions - End customers will not be able to check balance and link accounts. - You will be able to initiate transactions, but will receive a SERVER_ERROR with a HTTP 500 response on a percent of requests. We are currently in the process of investigating and will keep this page updated as we learn more and restore these services. In the meantime, we recommend that you take the following actions to mitigate disruptions to your end users during this incident: - Retry transactions for which a 500 error is received. - Reconciliation of the status of transactions after the incident will not be required. @cs-team

We have detected issues in the following services: - We are seeing issues with completion of payments on OVO, merchants won't be able to initiate transactions nor doing payments through OVO We are currently in the process of investigating and will keep this page updated as we learn more and restore these services. In the meantime, we recommend that you take the following actions to mitigate disruptions to your end users during this incident: - Advise end users to complete payments via an alternative eWallet provider until the resolution of the issue. - Reconciliation of the status of transactions which have been initiated after the incident will be required. We will work with our eWallet provider and provide additional information in due course.
