We have identified issues with SMS delivery of one-time PINs (OTPs) to some Indonesian phone numbers. We have escalated this to our provider for investigation. Affected users: Indonesia users who are using mobile numbers from Telkomsel Halo (Postpaid), PraBayar (Prepaid), and by.U (MVNO) with the following prefixes: 0811 0812 0813 0821 0822 0823 0851 0852 0853 Impact: 1. Users who opted to do 2FA using phone number won't be able to login on the dashboard 2. Users won't be able to register in the mobile app 3.
