Temporary disruption to webhooks/callbacks

All work on webhooks/callback replays has been successfully completed.

Webhooks/callbacks continue to be replayed, remediation activities are expected to continue overnight.

Replay activities are underway, however processing is taking longer than anticipated. Work will continue as quickly as possible, with updates on progress to be provided here ASAP.

Zai has identified a disruption to our webhooks/callbacks service on Tue 10th Jan, between 5:30pm and 12:30am.

While no payments were adversely affected and our API remained fully operational, this lack of notifications may have caused our customers' systems to incorrectly reflect payment statuses. To address this gap, we will be replaying all webhook/callback notifications missed during this window TODAY at 5:00pm AEST.

Replay activities are likely to take several hours, and further updates will be posted here as appropriate throughout the process.
