Shortly after 13:00 PT, we identified and are currently monitoring an incident where Zaps using SMS by Zapier with a "From Number" of "12247574927" are erroring due to the number being deactivated. If you're using SMS by Zapier app and see any errored Zap Runs or your Zap has been turned OFF due to a high error ratio, check your Zap History to see if the SMS by Zapier app is using "12247574927" as the From Number. If so, your Zap Run was impacted by this incident. Our engineering team has disabled the "12247574927" number which has automatically edited all Zap steps using that number to instead send SMS from a "Random" number. This allows these steps to continue to operate without problem. If you’d like the SMS by Zapier step to use a specific number, please edit the step and select a new number for use. The blocked number will no longer display as an option when editing the SMS by Zapier step.

We are receiving HTTP error codes 403, 502, and 503 with information indicating that calls are being rate limited on the Google side. Because these error codes are not standard error codes for rate limiting (HTTP 429), our system may stop the Zap instead of correctly retrying it later.

We're currently experiencing an issue where there's a delay in Zap runs showing in the Zap history. This started around 20:45 UTC. Zap runs and tasks will continue to run and process as expected but there is a delay in them appearing in the Zap history. No data loss is anticipated for this incident. We've identified the cause of this issue.
