Shortly after 13:00 PT January 4th, 2022, we identified an incident where Zaps using SMS by Zapier with a "From Number" of "12247574927" were erroring due to the number being deactivated.
The issue has been resolved -- all Zaps that were using the deactivated number are now using different, active, numbers.

Shortly after 13:00 PT, we identified and are currently monitoring an incident where Zaps using SMS by Zapier with a "From Number" of "12247574927" are erroring due to the number being deactivated.
If you're using SMS by Zapier app and see any errored Zap Runs or your Zap has been turned OFF due to a high error ratio, check your Zap History to see if the SMS by Zapier app is using "12247574927" as the From Number. If so, your Zap Run was impacted by this incident.
Our engineering team has disabled the "12247574927" number which has automatically edited all Zap steps using that number to instead send SMS from a "Random" number. This allows these steps to continue to operate without problem.
If you’d like the SMS by Zapier step to use a specific number, please edit the step and select a new number for use. The blocked number will no longer display as an option when editing the SMS by Zapier step.
