Zipwhip Operations has Resolved the latency towards T-Mobile subscribers.

This issue may have impacted:
- SMS and MMS Messaging from / to T-Mobile Toll-Free and 10 DLC lines as well as DLRs.
- Intermittent failures with MMS messages toward T-Mobile destinations.
