Resolved Payment System Outage
At this time, Braintree, our payment processing platform, is experiencing an outage. Due to this outage, new members may not be able to sign up for Zwift, and existing members may not be able to renew their subscription. Braintree is actively working to resolve this issue, which we are monitoring closely.
Resolved AWS Service Issue
Amazon Web Services (AWS) is having network issues on us-west-2. As a result, these functionalities are affected: - Rideons won't appear (will be saved) - Activity Feed updates will be delayed - User progression will be delayed - ZA progression will be delayed - Login intermittent - Pace Partners will be intermittent We will keep you updated as we learn more.
Resolved Mac OS 10.11 Users Unable to Use Zwift
We have identified and are currently investigating an issue wherein users on Mac OS 10.11 (El Capitan) are unable to log into or launch Zwift on their machines after the update to version 1.14 on 15 June 2021. Currently, there is no workaround to continue to use Zwift on these devices in particular. Another device to Zwift on is recommended at this time.
