Issue: On November 6, at 08:00 UTC, we noted a feature degradation impacting a subset of our customers using the Prompt Builder. Impact: Customers attempting to add or modify a retriever action to a prompt template within Prompt Builder are currently encountering an error and are unable to save the template. Activated prompt templates already in production are unaffected and will continue to run correctly.

Salesforce is aware of and closely monitoring a phishing campaign appearing as fraudulent emails from Salesforce with a malicious link to download Remote Monitoring & Management (RMM) software. Our security teams are working diligently to contain this issue and urge all customers to maintain a high level of vigilance against phishing and social engineering attempts, as these remain frequently used tactics by threat actors.
