Customers may experience failed or delayed requests to the Load Balancer API, and some dashboard operations may return errors. The serving of cached content and other security features at the Cloudflare edge are not affected. We are working to mitigate this problem and will provide an update shortly.

One of Cloudflare's upstream transit providers is currently experiencing a route leak, impacting a subset of traffic reaching Cloudflare's network. Customers whose traffic traverses affected paths may experience connection timeouts or errors. We have identified the source and are working with the transit provider to resolve the issue.

Cloudflare is investigating an issue with https://www.cloudflare.com/ips-v4. Customers attempting to view the published list of Cloudflare IPv4 ranges may receive an HTTP 500 error. This issue is limited to the IP-ranges page on www.cloudflare.com and does not affect Cloudflare's CDN, DNS, security, or any other production services. We are working to mitigate this problem

We are aware of an issue affecting certificate issuance through Let's Encrypt. Customers using Universal SSL, Advanced Certificate Manager, or Cloudflare for SaaS may experience delays or failures when issuing or renewing certificates that use Let's Encrypt as the Certificate Authority. Certificates issued through other CAs (such as Google Trust Services) are not affected. Existing certificates that have already been issued remain valid and are unaffected. We are actively monitoring Let's Encrypt availability and will issue certificates as soon as service is restored. We will provide updates as more information becomes available.
We are investigating intermittent loading issues affecting Cloudflare Access and Gateway Analytics within the Cloudflare One dashboard. This is a display-only issue specifically impacting the rendering of rollup analytics. Please be assured that all data collection remains uninterrupted. Access and Gateway analytics are fully operational.
Cloudflare has identified an issue affecting the Workers Editor. Customers can continue to deploy and update Worker code using Wrangler, Terraform, or the API. We are working to mitigate the issue and will provide updates as our investigation progresses.
We are currently experiencing a delay in processing network analytics across our L4 DDoS protection products. There is no impact to DDoS mitigation functionality; however, customers may notice a lag in the population of Network Analytics dashboards. This delay also affects the delivery of real-time alerts for these products. We are working to resolve the issue and will provide further updates as they become available.
Cloudflare is investigating an issue causing connectivity disruptions for both Cloudflare Tunnel and Browser Isolation. Initially identified as affecting only new connections, we have confirmed that existing connections might also be impacted. Due to internal service restarts across our edge infrastructure, currently active tunnels and sessions may be forced to reconnect. During this re-establishment process, customers may encounter elevated error rates or registration failures. Our engineering team is prioritized on stabilizing the underlying services to allow connections to resume normal operations. We will provide frequent updates as we work toward a resolution.

Cloudflare is currently investigating connectivity issues affecting the Cloudflare One client when utilizing the MASQUE protocol. While this may result in intermittent connectivity or a degraded experience, users can restore stable service by temporarily switching their client profile settings to the Wireguard protocol as a workaround while our team works toward a full resolution.

Cloudflare is investigating issues with Cloudflare Dashboard and related APIs where the dashboard is displaying an incorrect error message on the UI at the bottom banner. These issues do not affect the serving of cached files via the Cloudflare CDN or other security features at the Cloudflare Edge.
Beginning April 21, a subset of Cloudflare Access customers experienced intermittent HTTP 500 errors on authentication requests. Impact is limited to a small percentage of requests in specific geographies. Service authentication requests are seeing the highest share of the errors. Cloudflare engineering is progressing a corrected rollout under tighter monitoring.
