We are currently investigating an issue where custom field values are not being displayed in some Slack forms. This is preventing users from setting custom fields when declaring incidents via Slack. The issue is limited to Slack and does not affect the incident declaration process in the web dashboard. As a workaround please use the web dashboard to declare or update incidents. The Slack mobile app also appears unaffected. We will provide further updates as soon as we learn more.
We are currently investigating an issue causing our web dashboard to be unavailable. We've identified the problem and a fix is on its way to production. We expect service to resume in the next few minutes. All other parts of our application including Slack, our mobile app, and alert ingestion are unaffected.
We are seeing increased errors for Android push notifications for users on the latest version (1.10.4) of the mobile app. We can confirm notifications continue to work via Push notifications for all other versions of Android, all versions of iOS, SMS and Phone. We've paused the rollout of v1.10.4 for Android, identified the issue and an updated version is being released shortly. We’ll provide regular updates every 30 minutes, until the latest rollout is complete. Some users are running into errors when selecting certain dropdown options in Slack forms. This is tied to an ongoing incident on Slack’s side, which they’re currently investigating.
