The team has identified the root cause and is performing the necessary steps to remediate this issue. Some CRM Analytics customers may be unable to use their analytics functionality due to recipes failing. Remediation efforts are currently in progress, and an update will be provided upon completion or if new information becomes available.

This issue only affects customers whose endpoints are configured to North America. Teams are currently engaged to troubleshoot and restore services as quickly as possible.
