The Redpanda slack to Zendesk integration is currently down due to ongoing vendor issues. Users should use https://support.redpanda.com/hc/en-us to log new support tickets, view existing ones and respond until this issue is resolved.

Redpanda is aware of and investigating a problem that impacts API access to the Redpanda Cloud Control Plane. Redpanda Cloud clusters are unaffected.

Some services will be temporarily unavailable during this time due to a planned database migration. All customer clusters will continue to operate as expected. We appreciate your patience.
