Degraded performance of US inbound servers is causing processing delays, intermittent timeouts and incorrect "421 Too many concurrent SMTP connections from this IP address; please try again later." errors. This is isolated to US-based servers. If you are experiencing any of these issues, please try changing the server name to mail-eu.smtp2go.com until further notice.

Some users may experience delays and see "Processed" emails on their Activity feed. Our developers have identified the issue and are implementing a fix.

We are aware of an issue where some emails are currently stuck in the "Processed" status. Our team is actively taking steps to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
