We are investigating an issue that may prevent some Magic WAN and Magic Transit tunnel health alert notifications from being delivered. Affected customers may not have received expected notifications for tunnel state changes during this period. Tunnel traffic and routing are not impacted — this issue is limited to alert notifications only. We have identified the likely cause and are working on a fix.
Cloudflare is investigating elevated error rates affecting R2 and some services that depend on it, including Stream, Pipelines, and Log Explorer. Customers may have experienced increased errors reading or writing objects and delayed data processing. Cloudflare is investigating issues with the Vectorize service. Customers may receive an "Internal Server Error" (HTTP 500) response when sending requests to a Vectorize index that has been deleted, instead of the expected "Not Found" (HTTP 404) response. Creating, querying, and managing active indexes are not affected, and no other Cloudflare services are impacted. We are working to understand the full impact and mitigate this problem. Cloudflare is investigating permission issues with resource-based granular roles where a subset of users are not being granted access to their scoped Cloudflare Tunnel and Cloudflare Mesh resources. This specifically impacts users attempting to view, configure, or manage individual Tunnel instances or Mesh nodes via the Cloudflare Dashboard or API when relying on resource-scoped policies. All account-level roles, global permissions, and active tunnel and mesh data traffic remain unaffected.
