We are currently investigating issues with our over-the-air (OTA) firmware upgrade system. Your devices will still function normally while we resolve these issues.
We are investigating devices falsely reporting as offline in Command, this is affecting multiple product lines including cameras, intercoms and alarms. We are also aware camera firmware updates are failing.
