Outage Details

We have identified that assigning hard and soft tokens via User Management is currently not functional; it gives an error message when assigning a soft token and does not recognize the serial numbers for a hard token. We are actively investigating and working on a fix. We will provide an update by Friday July 12th at 10:30 a.m. PT (1:30 p.m. EST).

This incident is now resolved. Both hard and soft tokens can now be assigned to users.
