The email delivery service issue has been resolved. Please contact Support via email at support@getdbt.com if you continue to experience any unexpected behavior.
Our email delivery services have resolved the issue on their end and are currently monitoring. We are monitoring for errors and delays from our side as well.
We have received reports of users seeing degraded dbt Cloud services relying on email delivery, such as being unable to verify email and not receiving Job notifications. This appears to be related to a current Postmark Service Issue involving delayed outbound sending and inbound processing. We're currently monitoring and will update as soon as the issue has been resolved.
