Emergency Maintenance: Traffic Rerouted from Ashburn & Sydney PoPs

The F5 Distributed Cloud team has validated and confirmed the issue with virtual hosts in two PoP's Ashburn, VA and Sydney, Australia has been resolved and the traffic is now routing through the original PoP’s. All other services remain fully operational. This incident has been resolved.

Fix is deployed and currently being monitored

Currently fix is getting deployed on DC12 and SYS pops.

Currently we are observing rerouted traffic from Ashburn creating extra burden in logging for our New York PoP. We are monitoring and investigating this impact, there is no impact to traffic processing.

Traffic remains diverted away from the two PoP's Ashburn, VA and Sydney, Australia and being processed by neighboring PoP's.

The issue has been identified. The fix for the issue is currently under validation.
