We are closely monitoring a degradation in Zendesk's services. This degradation may result in IT Glue KB pages not loading or support tickets not coming through promptly. We will post updates as we learn of updates from Zendesk.

Cautiously optimistic that all Zendesk issues are resolved. Awaiting final confirmation from them before setting this status to resolved.

Zendesk still working on restoring normal service to ticketing systems. All IT Glue services including Knowledge Base fully operational.

Details on Zendesk status page show that the degradation is restricted to some possible delays in support ticketing only.
The IT Glue Knowledge Base is currently fully operational.
All other IT Glue services are fully operational and are unaffected by this Zendesk issue.
