Operations teams have performed a change to potentially mitigate this issue for Cisco and Yealink phones. These phones will need to reboot to complete the re-provisioning process. For all other brands of phones, users must manually perform a factory reset of the affected device to resolve this issue. Please contact customer care if additional help is needed to perform this action.
