Twilio's Flex Insights service experienced data load errors for 5.1 hours due to a vendor-side datacenter outage affecting the Gooddata integration. Customers encountered delayed data and errors when loading historical reports, with some accounts remaining unaffected while others experienced stale data. The service was restored to normal functionality after the underlying datacenter issue was resolved.
