Beginning on July 18 2025 22:00 UTC, some customer apps began experiencing uneven load distribution to dynos. Impacted apps see increased request latency and timeouts. Our engineers are working to resolve the issue.
ACM certificate issuance and renewal stabilized at 4:47 UTC. New certificates delayed during the incident have been created. Engineers are monitoring third party systems and ACM progress.
