We have identified an issue outside of our platform resulting in elevated failing transactions processed through Interac starting at 04:29 UTC. We have contacted Interac and we will provide an update as soon as it becomes available.

We are observing an elevated transaction decline rate with the issuer BBVA MEXICO S.A. since 06:31 UTC. We are investigating the matter and will provide an update as soon as it becomes available.

We're currently experiencing an issue with SMS delivery in the US, affecting 2-Factor authentication for dashboard users as well as the OTP code for Link and Express users. We'll post an update soon.
