Some customers may experience issues with loading the Shop app. This affects the shop.app website and Shop mobile app. Shop Pay is not impacted.

Some customers may be experiencing errors when attempting to checkout on Shopify Payments Portugal.

Storefronts may be currently be displaying 500 errors. We are investigating and will keep you updated.

Merchants may experience issues when trying to access the Shopify Point of Sale channel within the admin. The error will appear as Unexpected Application Error! Unknown error. We are currently investigating.

Storefronts may currently be intermittently displaying error messages, or out of stock errors for combined listing products. Standard product listings are not currently impacted.

Some customers may experience issues when attempting checkouts using Shop Pay Instalments at this time.

Storefronts may be currently showing search results cannot load, some Shops have delayed or failed search operations.

We are currently aware of issues with access to admins, Shopify POS, and shopify.com not working as expected. We are working on a resolution.

Users may experience issues when trying to access the Shopify Admin, Checkouts, and Storefronts. These may appear as 500 errors.

Merchants may experience issues when trying to use Sidekick within the admin seeing errors such as: - Sidekick ran into an issue - Sidekick getting stuck in loops of thinking > analysing > processing > thinking > analysing > processing - This may also affect merchants abilities to access our support documentation through the help centre
