We are currently observing elevated Authentication Requests related to issuing banks in the UK and France which is impacting some card transactions.

We've confirmed a remediation path, and are applying the fix to the small subset of customers still experiencing a read-only state. We'll provide an update in 60 minutes or sooner if additional information becomes available.

We are investigating instance impairments in a single Availability Zone (use1-az4) in the US-EAST-1 Region. Other Availability Zones are not affected by the event and we are working to resolve the issue.

We're currently investigating elevated authentication errors affecting some Dashboard features. We'll post an update soon.

From 18:15 - 18:33 UTC we saw elevated error rates and response times with requests to Invoicing and Billing-related APIs. This is now resolved.

Heroku engineers are investigating.
